# End User License Agreement (EULA)

## 1. Overview
Thanks for using ZxClip.
This license explains what you can and can’t do with the app. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms.

## 2. What You’re Allowed to Do
When you purchase the app, you get a **personal, non-transferable license** to:

- Install and use the app on your own devices.
- Use it for personal or commercial work
- Receive updates as long as the time period promised to you upon purchase of the license.

## 3. What You’re Not Allowed to Do

You may **not**:

- Share, resell, or redistribute the app
- Give your license key to others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Use the app to build a competing product
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the app

## 4. Ownership

The app is licensed, not sold.
All rights, title, and ownership remain with me - Akash Manohar John.

## 5. Updates

We may provide updates or improvements.
Some updates may be free, others may require a separate purchase.

## 6. No Warranty

The app is provided **“as is”**.

We do our best, but we don’t guarantee that:

- The app will be error-free
- It will work perfectly on every system
- It will meet every specific need

## 7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

- Data loss
- Business losses
- Any indirect or unexpected damages

If liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total liability is limited to the greater of:
- 10% of the amount you paid for the app, or
- $5 USD

You are responsible for any content you create, edit, or distribute using the app.
